- I have been working for years as a corporate finance manager in Switzerland. Previously I was project leader, risk manager, broker and sales manager. Finally I – let’s say I took a sabbatical – and made some more education. From a guy with no education (no graduation!) to a Master of Advanced Studies in Service Leadership. Meanwhile I work on a mandate-basis in different directions. One of my goals is to share my know-how with the international visitors of my blog. I wrote two theses: “Leading through the ages – How to lead the generation Y” and “Resource-oriented communication in leadership”.
